Jordanian Sheikh says, 'No Palestine in Quran, Allah gave Jews Israel and therefore undisputed owners

Image result for images for Sheikh Ahmad AdwanSheikh Ahmad Adwan, who introduces himself as a Muslim scholar who lives in Jordan, said on his personal Facebook page that there is no such thing as “Palestine” in the Koran. Allah has assigned the Holy Land to the Children of Israel until the Day of Judgment (Koran, Sura 5 – “The Sura of the Table”, Verse 21), and “We made the Children of Israel the inheritors (of the land)” (Koran, Sura 26 – “The Sura of the Poets”, Verse 59).

“I say to those who distort their Lord’s book, the Koran: From where did you bring the name Palestine, you liars, you accursed, when Allah has already named it “The Holy Land” and bequeathed it to the Children of Israel until the Day of Judgment. There is no such thing as ‘Palestine’ in the Koran. Your demand for the Land of Israel is a falsehood and it constitutes an attack on the Koran, on the Jews and their land. Therefore you won’t succeed, and Allah will fail you and humiliate you, because Allah is the one who will protect them (i.e. the Jews).”

The sheikh added: “The Palestinians are the killers of children, the elderly and women. They attack the Jews and then they use those (children, the elderly and women) as human shields and hide behind them, without mercy for their children as if they weren’t their own children, in order to tell the public opinion that the Jews intended to kill them. This is exactly what I saw with my own two eyes in the 70’s, when they attacked the Jordanian army, which sheltered and protected them. Instead of thanking it (the Jordanian army), they brought their children forward to (face) the Jordanian army, in order to make the world believe that the army kills their children. This is their habit and custom, their viciousness, their having hearts of stones towards their children, and their lying to public opinion, in order to get its support.”

It is worth mentioning, that the above mentioned sheikh visited Israel and met Jewish religious scholars. The “Israel in Arabic” site conducted an interview with him, in which he said that the reason for his openness towards the Jewish people “comes from my acknowledgment of their sovereignty on their land and my belief in the Koran, which told us and emphasized this in many places, like His (Allah’s) saying ”Oh People (i.e the Children of Israel), enter the Holy Land which Allah has assigned unto you” (Koran, Sura 5 – “The Sura of the Table”, Verse 21), and His saying “We made the Children of Israel the inheritors (of the land)” (Koran, Sura 26 – “The Sura of the Poets”, Verse 59) and many other verses.

He (Adwan) added: “(The Jews) are peaceful people who love peace, who are not hostile and are not aggressors, but if they are attacked, they defend themselves while causing as little damage to the attackers as possible. It is an honor for them that Allah has chosen them over the worlds – meaning over the people and the Jinns until the Day of Judgment. I made the reasons for Allah’s choice clear in my books and pamphlets. When Allah chose them, He didn’t do so out of politeness, and He wasn’t unjust other peoples, it is just that they (the Jews) deserved this

Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated US President-elect Donald Trump, rather than President Barack Obama, in his annual New Year’s greetings statement to foreign heads of state and government.

However, Putin did convey his seasonal greetings to Obama, his family and the American people in a separate statement earlier on Friday, while responding to the latest wave of US sanctions against Russia.

In his annual greetings statement, Putin expressed hope that after Trump is sworn in as US President on January 20, the two countries, “acting in a constructive and pragmatic manner, will be able to take real steps to restore the mechanisms of bilateral cooperation in various areas and take their interaction in the international arena to a whole new level.

“Major global and regional challenges that our countries have confronted in recent years clearly confirm that Russia-US relations are an important factor in ensuring stability and security in the modern world,” reads Putin’s direct message to Trump, released by the Kremlin on Friday.

In his annual greetings statement, Putin also congratulated Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II and Prime Minister Theresa May, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Chinese President Xi Jinping, French President François Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, among others.

Hillary Clinton: White House emails show concern over media coverage of Clinton emails before campaign

Months before Hillary Clinton declared her bid for the presidency, her team stayed in close contact with the State Department and the White House to avoid the media’s uncomfortable questions about her emails, newly obtained emails reveal.
The newly disclosed emails were released to the Republican National Committee as part of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, and shared solely with the Wall Street Journal.
The emails particularly reveal the revolving door between the White House, the State Department and Clinton’s incipient campaign leading up to the time in April 2015 she announced her intention to run for the presidency.
The RNC has only shared some of the emails it obtained, specifically those that highlight friendly back-and-forths between the White House and the State Department.
Less than a month before Clinton officially announced her campaign, White House communications director Jennifer Palmieri got in touch with State Department spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki, asking her: “between us on the shows… think we can get this done so he is not asked about email.”
“Agree completely and working to crush on my end,” Psaki responded, as quoted by the Wall Street Journal.
The newspaper assumes Palmieri referred to Secretary of State John Kerry, who was to appear on CBS’s “Face the Nation”three days later. In one of the emails, Psaki wrote to Palmieri: “Good to go on killing CBS idea.”
“And we are going to hold on any other TV options just given the swirl of crap out there,” Psaki added. The two then joked about the wording Psaki used.
“Ha I mean—the challenging stories out there,” Psaki explained. By the time of that exchange, Palmieri had already announced that she would be leaving the White House to join Clinton’s team in mid-2015. There are emails that show Palmieri helping Psaki to swap jobs and take her job at the White House weeks later, once she was gone.
CBS ended up not asking Kerry about Clinton’s mishandled emails and home-based server that she used during her tenure at the State Department. The channel told the Journal that the questions Kerry was asked were not censored.
“No subject was off-limits when this interview was arranged, as is the CBS News standard,” CBS spokeswoman Caitlin Conant told the newspaper. “CBS News’ State Department correspondent was in Egypt with Secretary John Kerry in the home stretch of the Iran nuclear deal negotiations and discussed policy issues of the day with him on this official trip."
The RNC has also shared an entirely redacted active discussion between top White House communications officials regarding Kerry’s interview to CBS. One official has revealed to the Journal that, at the time, one of the main debates was whether or not Kerry should appear on the shows at all, and less on what questions were asked.
Another email exchange happened between the State Department’s senior official Patrick Kennedy and one of Clinton’s attorneys, Heather Samuelson.
Kennedy was writing about his concerns about newly released documents regarding the former secretary of state, posted by the department.
It was up to Samuelson to determine which of Clinton’s emails were government-related and which were personal, before a bunch of them were provided to the State Department. In another exchange, Kennedy was telling Samuelson that Politico was “running [a] story that State official said Secretary Clinton did wrong thing. Wildly inaccurate reporting.”
State Department spokesman John Kirby has defended the close contact revealed by the RNC, telling the Journal that it was not unusual for his people and the White House “to be in touch when agency officials are potentially conducting television interviews."
Kirby also defended Kennedy, suggesting that he was “simply offering a reaction to a press article.”

USA Virginia senator: ‘No evidence John Kerry is interested in peace in Syria’

The US government is not of a single mind. The Pentagon is more pro-Russian, and the Department of State tends to be more favorable to the terrorists and has no goal other than toppling the Assad government, says Virginia State Senator Richard H. Black.
The US claims the Russian military campaign in Syria has achieved next to nothing. Moreover, US Secretary of State John Kerry said Russia and Syria have rejected diplomacy when it comes to solving the Syrian crisis.
However, a few days ago The New York Times published recordings proving Kerry’s interest in toppling the Assad government.

'There's no alternative’: US decision to suspend Syria contacts ‘regrettable' - Russian UN envoy http://on.rt.com/7qxh
RT: Are you surprised by John Kerry’s claims that it’s Russia and Syria who rejected diplomacy, even though there these leaked recordings suggest he backs greater American military force in Syria?
Richard Black: I think there is a very little indication here that John Kerry desires anything other than toppling the legitimate government of Syria. If you look at it going all the way back to when ISIS took control of Mosul with a vast store of American weapons, the US did not intervene to interdict those weapons at all and they all floated into Syria. The US permitted ISIS to run 2,000 oil tankers in and out of Turkey. It wasn’t until Russia came in that they were knocked out. The American-led coalition permitted a vast army to travel across the desert to seize Palmyra. I believe that it was their intention that if they should succeed perhaps they can go from Palmira to Damascus.
We were prepared to have all of Syria subjected to the gruesome horrors of ISIS in order to topple the government of Syria. I see no evidence whatsoever that Secretary Kerry is genuinely interested in peace. If you look at what happened - two days prior to the time the peace arrangements were supposed to take place, the US launched an hour-long area bombardment at Deir ez-Zor. I would like to think that this was accidental. But the fact is that the battle lines at Deir ez-Zor were very static – that was not a rapidly moving battlefield; and the aircraft that dropped the bombs were GPS directed.
Not only did we bomb and kill somewhere between 62 and 82 Syrian soldiers, but we then bombed and destroyed bridges near Deir ez-Zor in the following weeks. It seems almost as though there was some afterthoughts about the Syrian peace agreement and the feeling that something should be done to deliberately sabotage it and to make it ineffective.
RT: What do you make of the US cooperating with Russia in Syria? The claim was it’s to fight terrorism. Do you believe that was genuinely the case?
RB: You have to realize the US government is not of a single mind. The Department of Defense tends to be more pro-Russian, and the Department of State tends to be more favorable to the terrorists: to ISIS, to Al-Qaeda. So you have to distinguish between those two to some extent. I think the Department of Defense would be quite happy, given different leadership, to work closely with the Russians. On the other hand, the Department of State is totally dedicated to fulfilling the aims of Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar of destroying Syria, tearing it to pieces, giving some to Turkey, some advantages to the others. But I don’t see any convincing evidence that the State Department has any goal other than toppling the legitimate elected government of Syria.
RT: How will the US cutting ties with Russia impact the situation in Syria?
RB: It is essential Syria and Russia finally crushed the Aleppo pocket. It took many years to finally trap the rebels within the pocket. Keep in mind that the rebels are commanded by Al-Qaeda – they call it Al-Nusra, they change the names all the time. It is essentially Al-Qaeda; it is the force that brought down the twin towers and attacked the Pentagon on 9/11; they are in command.
The Syrian army with the help of the Russians has done some very ingenious things on the battlefield. They have managed to trap this rebel army in the pocket, and the pocket is rapidly shrinking. It is very much like a cancerous tumor that is being treated and it is gradually diminishing in size. Day by day the Syrian forces are moving more and more rapidly. They must capture and extinguish that Aleppo pocket, and it is essential that they do it and that they do not let anything intervene.
It is interesting – if you read the mainstream media, you would think that there is nothing going on in the Aleppo pocket except for attacking hospitals and civilians. The fact is the government has no interest in doing either one of those. But there is a vast rebel army in there. At one point early in the battle for the Aleppo pocket they assembled 95 tanks and thousands of troops to try to break out. Interestingly there was no mention of this in any Western media. The only thing which you saw was a little boy, who had been dazed by a bomb that fell nearby and had dust on his face…
No one talked about the tanks; no one talked about the massive forces raid by the enemy. The enemy in the Southern part of the Aleppo pocket attacked from both sides – it was a total of 40,000 troops, both inside and outside, trying to drive their way through. So the whole thing is very mis-portrayed. But it is essential that despite all of the adverse propaganda that both Russia and Syria and its allies complete the job; that they crushed that Aleppo pocket once and for all, and I think they are going to do it over the next couple of months.
